These instructions are for TC students, alumni, or employees using personal Windows computers that are not managed by TCIT. Before proceeding, please ensure you've already added the PrinterLogic extension to Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
1. Open Chrome or Firefox and visit TC PrinterCloud
TC PrinterCloud: https://teacherscollege.printercloud.com
A prompt will appear requesting to install the PrinterLogic client to your computer. Click the Install button to download the installer.
2. Download the PrinterLogic Client
Once the PrinterLogic PrinterInstallerClientSetup.exe application is downloaded, double-click on the executable (.exe) to start the installation process.
3. Install the PrinterLogic Client
Click on Next to proceed.

Click on Install to proceed.

Click Finish.

4. Return to the PrinterLogic Browser Tab
Refresh the page
5. TC Single Sign-On
Click Okta Single Sign-On to authenticate with your TC UNI and TC password.
6. Authorization Code
A code is required to authorize your computer with the software.
TC Students: The authorization code is located in the TC Student Portal. Within the Knowledge Articles section, search for PrinterLogic.
Enter the authorization code, then click OK.
After a few moments, the print queues assigned to your TC UNI should now be listed.
