For others to be able to collaborate on your Whiteboard they will need to be able to sign into Microsoft Whiteboard. Share the following instructions with those you would like to collaborate with you:
1. In your whiteboard, click the Share icon in the top right corner.
2. To create a Shareable link, slide the Share link icon to read Share Link On.
