Adding Alt Text in Microsoft Whiteboard with Microsoft 365

You can add Alt Text in Microsoft Whiteboard to any objects such as images, files and text boxes.

1. Click on the object you want to add the Alt Text and click on the Edit Alt Text icon.

2. Write a description of your content.

3. Click Save to save your Alt Text.
