Utilize the Create Panel in Microsoft Whiteboard

1. In Microsoft Whiteboard, click Create New Whiteboard.

2. In your new Whiteboard, a Create Panel will appear.

You can utilize this panel to add sticky notes, Text, Shapes, reactions, Images, various learning templates, and Documents.

2.1. Add a note to your Whiteboard.

2.1.1. In the create panel of your whiteboard, click Notes.

2.1.2. In the window you can choose a to add a single note or a grid of four notes, you can also choose the color note you would like to add to your whiteboard.

2.1.3. Once you click on the note you would like to use choose where on your whiteboard you would like to place it and click. You can then use the corner dots to make your note larger or smaller.

2.1.4. Utilize the menu above your note to edit the color, text, duplicate the note, trash the note, or add an image to the note.

2.2. Add text To your Whiteboard.

2.2.1. In the create panel of your whiteboard, click Text.

2.2.2. Choose where on your whiteboard you would like to place  your text and click. Double click to begin typing. You can then use the corner dots to make your text larger or smaller.

2.2.3. Use the menu above or below your text to edit the text, change the color, duplicate, trash, or add an image.

2.3. Add a Shape to your Whiteboard.

2.3.1. In the create panel of your whiteboard, click Shapes.

2.3.2. In the menu, choose the shape you would like to use.

2.3.3. Choose where on your whiteboard you would like to place the shape and click. You can then use the corner dots to make your text larger or smaller.

2.3.4. Use the menu above or below your text to edit change the  fill or border color, duplicate, trash, or add an image.

2.4. Add a Reaction

2.4.1. In the create panel of your whiteboard click Shapes.

2.4.2. In the menu choose what reaction you would like to use.

2.4.3. Choose where on your whiteboard you would like to place the reaction and click. You can then use the corner dots to make your text larger or smaller.

2.4.4. Use the menu above or below your duplicate, trash, or add an image.

2.5. Add an image

2.5.1. In the create panel of your whiteboard, click Images.

2.5.2. In the pop-out menu, choose the image from your computer that you would like to add to your whiteboard and click Open.

2.5.3. Your image will be added to your whiteboard. You can then use the corner dots to make your text larger or smaller.

2.5.4. Use the menu above or below your duplicate, trash, or replace the image.

2.6. Add a Document

2.6.1. In the create panel of your whiteboard, click Documents.

2.6.2. In the pop-out, click the ellipses icon in the top right corner.

2.6.3. Click Upload and choose either a File or Folder based on what you would like to upload.

2.6.4. Choose the document you would like to upload from your computer and click Open.

2.6.5. Your file will be uploaded. Once it is finished, click the file you would like to add and click Select.

2.6.6. If your file is multiple pages choose which pages you would like to add to your Whiteboard and click insert.

2.6.7. Your Document will be added to your whiteboard. You can then use the corner dots to make your text larger or smaller.

2.6.8. Use the menu above or below your duplicate or trash the document.
