1. Open Active Directory Users and Computers, click on the domain name, and click on Action.

2. From the Action dropdown, click on Find...

3.  Using the Find Users, Contacts, and Groups Search Window, type in KeyServer in the Name table and click Find Now.

4. When the search results appear, double click on the KeyServerUsers security group.

5. Click on the Members Tab.

6. Click on the ADD... button to add a user.

7. Type in the Active Directory username, and click the OK button.

8. The username should appear on the members tab. Click on Apply, then on the OK button to save the recent changes.
