Before proceeding, verify if the Workspace ONE icon appears in your taskbar (see screenshot below). If this icon does not appear, proceed with following this article.
Step One: Using a web browser, navigate to www.getwsone.com and select the Download Hub for Windows x86/x64 button.
Step Two: When the download completes, click on Downloads icon and then click on the AirWatchAgent.msi file to start the installation process.
Step Three: If prompted to run VC_redist.x86.exe, click on the Yes button.
This does not appear on all computers, but if prompted follow this step.
Step Four: When the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub Setup Wizard window appears, click Next.
Step Five: Select I accept the terms in the License Agreement, and click Next to proceed.
Step Six: Click on the Install button.
Step Seven: Click on the Yes button to approve the installation to continue.
Step Eight: Click the Finish button to complete the installation.
Step Nine: After a few moments the Workspace One Intelligent Hub window will appear on your screen. When prompted, input your TC UNI Email Address (Example: [email protected]) and select "Next" to continue.
Step Ten: Input your UNI in the username field and your TC (Okta) password in the password field. Then, click on the Sign In button.
Step Eleven: The enrollment is completed, click Done to close out this window.
Step Twelve: The Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub window will open and the enrollment process is completed. You can click on the X icon to close out this window. No further action is needed.
