Global Protect VPN is required to access the RDS. Before proceeding, confirm that you are actively connected to VPN.
Using the search box, type in Remote Desktop Connection and then click on the app.
When Remote Desktop Connection appears, type in rds2k19.int.tc.columbia.edu and click connect.
In the username field, provide your domain credentials. Use the format *TC* followed by your UNI. Enter your Okta password in the designated field. Click OK to establish the connection.
When prompted about a certificate, click Yes.
The RDS session is established, and the remote desktop should be displayed on your screen.
