After you've requested Human Captioning for a video in TC Digital Media, you can go to Rev.com and indicate that captioning should be billed to OASID.
1. Go to Rev.com
2. Locate the video for which you just requested Human Captions.
3. In the order's invoice reference field, enter “OASID”
