1. Connect to the TC VPN
2. Open File Explorer from the taskbar or the Start menu, or press the Windows logo key + E
3. Select This PC from the left pane. Then, on the Computer tab, select Map network drive
The popup window which appears allows you to configure your drive connection
4. In the Drive list, select a drive letter; then enter the Folder path of the department folder. Then click Finish at bottom right
