How to Access and Install an Application from the Mac Self-Service App Store

To Access the Mac App Store:

Click on the Jamf Self-Service icon (TC logo) from the system tray on your computer.

 

To Install an Application from the Mac App Store:

In the Mac App Store, use the search bar or browse the application catalog to find the application you want to install. In this example, we will install Global Protect; simply click on the Global Protect icon.

Click "Install" to begin the installation process.

A circle will appear below the application to show the progress of the installation.

Once the application installation is complete, 'Installed' will be displayed.

The application will then be available in your Applications folder.
