Use Grackle to check accessibility of a Google Slide presentation

Before you can use Grackle to check the accessibility of Google Slides, you need to install the Grackle extension.

1. Open your Google Slides

2. Click Extensions, Grackle Slides, Launch

3. Grackle will begin analyzing your slides and the Grackle panel will appear next to your slides.

4. When the check is complete, you will get a summary of how many checks passed.

5. Below you will get the list of which categories passed and which did not.

6. Click on the line for any category and the details will appear for the specific slides that did not pass.

7. Click on the slide number and Grackle will take you to that slide or error.
