Select "create a video"

Select "Add media".

Select "browse files".

Any media added will appear beneath

To cut a clip, scroll to the section you want to cut and select "s"

Select "s" again and the cut clip will appear like this. Press delete when selected to remove clip.

Select "export" at the top right hand corner

Chose which quality to export in.

Wait for it to finish exporting
