1. Sign in to myTC
2. Go to the student resources tab
3. Look for "Enrollment and Student Services" and click "Upload Flu Vaccine Documentation"
4. You will be brought to the uploader tool.
5. If you are submitting an exemption use the download links
6. Use "Browse" to select your document and "Upload" to submit your file.
7. After submitting, you'll be given a confirmation page
From here you can navigate back to the "myTC Home" page or go to another document uploader.
