1. Once you are finished with your ScreenPal video, click on the dropdown menu of the Import/Export button.

2. Select Export Text As...

3. Select SubRip Caption File.

4. Name your caption file [1] and select the destination on your computer that you would like the file saved [2] and click Save [3].

5. Your captioning file will be exported.
