Sync Issues: Software Update Point Synchronization Status

Issue: Synchronization status shows "failed" status.

How to fix: From the Software Library tab, select Software Updates, right-click on All Software Updates, then select Synchronize Software Updates.

Once the process is complete, return to the Software Update Point Synchronization Status tab, located under Monitoring. Refresh the status.  Status should now show "Completed"
