1. Click the column notes icon in the side navigation menu of your document.

2. Click on the green + button to add a new set of column notes.

3. The column notes will appear at the bottom of your document.

4. Add another column to your notes by clicking on the + symbol in your toolbar.

5. You can extract your column notes to a separate document by clicking the arrow tab in the notes toolbar.

6. You can save your column notes by clicking on the save disk in the notes toolbar.

7. Close your notes by clicking on the red X in the notes toolbar.
