Draw, add text, and sticky notes in web version of Microsoft Whiteboard with Microsoft 365

1. Click the plus plus sign to create a new whiteboard.

2. Use the tool bar at the top to draw, add a text box, or add a sticky note. 

3. Draw

3.1. Four pen colors are available to draw. Use the eraser to clear the drawings, by selecting the eraser and clicking over the drawings. 

4. Type text

4.1. Click the text box icon to insert a text box. 

4.2. The text color can be edited by hovering over the color icon and choosing the color. An option to delete the text box is also available using the bin icon. 

5. Add a sticky note

5.1. Hover over the sticky note icon to insert a sticky note. 

5.2. Once the note has been inserted, you can use the select the note and click the center circle to change color or the bin icon to delete the note.
