Add a User to a Project

1. Within the Control Center tab, click on Browse Projects.

2. You can search for projects by the user who has access to it or by viewing all the projects within REDCap.

3. If you click on View all projects, a list of all projects will appear. You can then filter projects by title by typing the project title in the text box in the top right corner of the list of projects.

4. Once you find the project, click on the project name in the list.

5. Then click User Rights in the left navigation pane.

6. You can then add a new user with custom rights or with a certain role (if roles have been established).

7. Select the user rights you would like to grant the new user within the project. Once you have finished, click Add user.

8. Once the user has been added, their name and permissions will appear below.
