Write on the Microsoft Whiteboard using the Touch Display

Microsoft Whiteboard is a collaborative digital whiteboard that allows you to share drawings, text, graphics, and sticky notes.

1. On the touch display, use Keyboard C to login to myTC Portal.

For first time users, refer to the article Access Microsoft Whiteboard with Microsoft 365 to access the whiteboard.

2. Click Faculty Resources or Student Resources Tab.

3. In the Academic Technology Resources section, click Office 365.

4. Click the Whiteboard icon.

5. Click the "+" plus sign to create a new Whiteboard.

6. In your Zoom meeting, click Share Screen.

7. Select the Microsoft Whiteboard that was open, then click Share.

8. Use two fingers on the touch display:

8.1. Pinch your fingers on the screen to reduce the size of the drawings.

8.2. Spread your fingers on the screen to enlarge the drawings.

9. (Optional) Click to learn how to save this Whiteboard as an image (PNG).

9.1. Click the Settings menu button.

9.2. Click Export image (PNG).

9.3. An image should be downloaded to the computer. A check mark will appear next to Export image (PNG).

10. Your created Microsoft Whiteboard will be automatically saved in the My Whiteboards Home page.

10.1. Click the Home button.

10.2. All of your created Whiteboards are saved and can be found here.

11. Log out of Microsoft Whiteboard.

11.1. Close the Microsoft Whiteboard page and the Microsoft Office Home page.

11.2. Click Sign Out to log out of myTC portal.
