View remote students on a separate screen using Zoom Gallery view (Type B Classroom)

Refer to the article Connect to your Zoom class meeting (Type A and Type B Classrooms) to log into your Zoom meeting using the main computer before following the instructions below.

1. Locate the main control panel in the classroom.

2. Press Touch Display Control.

3. In the Touch Display C section, press On.

4. Press Mac Mini C.

5. Under the touch display C, open the door and retrieve Keyboard C.

6. Using the keyboard, join your Zoom meeting using touch display C.

6.1. Open Zoom webpage.

6.2. On the main computer, in your Zoom meeting, click Meeting Information to obtain your Zoom Meeting ID (and password if applicable).

6.3. Enter your class Zoom meeting ID on Touch Display C, then click Join.

6.4. The Zoom application will launch asking to Open Zoom Meetings. Click Open Zoom Meetings.

When Asked to Join Audio, close this option, do NOT join audio for this screen.

8. If presentation is displayed, click View Options. Select Side-by-side Mode.

9. Hover your pointer over the separator between the shared screen and participants' videos, drag the line to the left to see your remote students in a larger view.
