Before you can open your .VTT file, make sure to download it from your Zoom account.
1. Locate the .VTT file in your download folder or on your desktop.
2. Double click on the file and a how do you want to open this file? window will open.
3. Click More apps.
4. Select Notepad from the list and click OK.
5. Your transcript will open.
