Adding a virtual background feature isn't compatible with all computers. Make sure you have the most up-to-date Zoom Client. For assistance and questions, please visit Zoom Support.
1. In your Zoom meeting, click on the ^ button next to Start Video, select Choose Virtual Background.
2. Click Virtual Background on left tab; then choose from the displayed virtual backgrounds or select + sign to upload a new image.
