Create a Zoom link for your Emergency Plan

1. Click Zoom in your left navigation bar.

2. Click Schedule a New Meeting.

3. Give your Zoom meeting a Topic. Set the date for the Zoom meeting for the last day of the semester.

4. Click Save.

5. Once you have saved. Click Copy the invitation from the Zoom meeting you have created.

6. In the Pop-out click Copy Meeting Invitation.

7. Click Emergency Plan in left navigation bar.

8. Click Edit.

9. Paste the Zoom invitation below your written text. Click Save.

10. Click Publish so that your students can see your Emergency Plan with the Zoom information.
