Turn on the new Rich Content Editor in your Canvas course

Use the new Rich Content Editor to add and format content and text inside of Canvas pages, announcements, discussion boards, quizzes, assignments, and the syllabus.

Find your Canvas course

1. Log into the myTC Portal.

Access the myTC Portal.

2. Click on the Canvas icon in the top right corner.

4. Click on your course card.

2. Click on the Feature Options tab.

3. Find "RCE Enhancements" in the list and click on the toggle.

The toggle will turn green, indicating that the new Rich Content Editor is enabled in your course.

3. Click Dashboard in the Global Navigation Menu.

4. Click on your course card.
