Download and Install EndNote for Windows

TC students, faculty and staff members may download EndNote free of charge directly from the myTC portal.

1. To download EndNote, log into myTC Portal.

2. From either the Student or Faculty Resources tab, find Academic Technology Resources. Click Endnote.

3. Scroll down and click on Additional Citation Management Tools.

4. Downloading the Windows version of Endnote on your computer requires two files.

4.1. Click Download the License.dat file.

The license.dat file needs to be in the same location as the installation file in order for the registration to work (e.g. if you downloaded the installation file to your Downloads folder, the license.dat file needs to be there as well).

4.2. Click Download EndNote for Windows.

5. To finish the process, follow the instruction prompts from the downloaded file.
